Karen joined the team in 2019 driving her passion for people and property, with previous experience as a letting agent. It is imperative for Karen to efficiently understand and process tenant applications with utmost support and communication skills. With a marketing background, Karen quickly adapted to the role and demonstrated her ability to work with tenants, landlords and colleagues to provide a professional letting service to all.

Karen describes herself as decisive, communicative, energetic, and confident, a team member we can rely on. She has been thriving in this role since she joined, working well with the team to help grow the business and meet the needs and diversities of customers. Karen is fluent in English, Mandarin and French.

In her previous role, Karen had experience working with several Fortune 500 companies in China, Hong Kong and France as a marketing manager working alongside the operations team to amplify various company targets.

Her ultimate goal at Mission is to continuously succeed in finding the best tenants for owners properties as well as experiencing seeing tenants committing to their dream home and keeping everyone happy!
